Will we lose any email during the migration?
No. Our process is designed around keeping every mailbox, message, contact and calendar intact. We migrate and verify data before cutover, so nothing is lost in the move.
How much downtime will there be?
Very little. We schedule the cutover for out of hours wherever possible and stage the migration so your team keeps working throughout. Most businesses experience no meaningful interruption.
Can you move us from on-site servers or another provider?
Yes — we migrate from on-premise Exchange and file servers, from other email hosts, and between Microsoft 365 tenants. We’ll assess your starting point and plan the safest route across.
What happens after we’ve migrated?
We secure your new environment (MFA, conditional access, backup) and provide go-live support while everyone settles in. Many clients then move onto a managed IT support plan so we keep everything running.
